Return Conditions

Terms of Product Exchange/Return

  • • Check your order on delivery and reject right away if the delivered item(s) do not match your order, i.e. wrong model, color, quantity, or defective items.
  • • Always inform our return department at reception counter of any branch about the problem before requesting a return.
  • • Defective items or items damaged from the company’s installation are eligible for exchange/return. They must first be verified in all cases.
  • • The company will inform of the result of our consideration. If there are no violation of the terms and there is an item ready for exchange, the company will enquire about the customer’s preferred exchange/return method, as well as arrange the delivery of the new item.
  • • We do not accept exchanges/returns on used items, or for cases where there are no faults with the items.

  • Note: Global House reserves the right not to accept returns the following items.
  • • Multimedia products such as televisions, audio players, CD, DVD, and Blu-ray players
  • • IT, computer, and electronics products, such as computers, mobile phones, cameras
  • • Special order and made to order products
  • • Discounted clearance products
  • • Expirable products
  • • Purchased products that do not meet the customer’s personal taste
  • ** To request an exchange/return on an item, the customer must notify of the problem within 30 days from the receipt of the good or service. If there is an item ready for exchange, the process will take 7-14 business days. If the item is not available, we will notify you of the change of model or cancellation of order.

Terms of Purchase Cancellation and Return

  • If the faults with your order are found after your goods/services are received, the company reserves the right to decide on the returns. The company’s decisions are absolute. Customer can cancel their purchases provided that they notify the company via within 7 days after the goods or services are received. The items are to be returned in original condition along with proof of purchase, under the following conditions.
  • • The items must not be damaged/spoiled from the customer’s doings.
  • • The items must be returned with receipt/proof of payment from the bank, or e-mail and sales slip/tax invoice, courier delivery address in plastic envelope on the parcel (in case of delivery by private carrier).
  • • The items must be unused, with tags and price tags intact, and with undamaged packaging, warranty cards, handbooks, as well as their peripherals.
  • • The items must be under the terms specified by their manufacturers.
  • • Items received from sales promotion such as free offers, redeemed giveaways or discounted items, must be returned with the main product.
  • • The cost of shipment, gift-wrapping, special packaging, installation, or other service fees cannot be refunded.

Exchange/Return methods

  • If there are faults with your product, email Global House at or dial 1160 for Global House Call Center. When you receive an email confirming the exchange/return of the item in question the from, you can send the it back to Global House for verification of its eligibility through one of the three methods.

    ** To make exchange/return, you need to arrange the shipment at post office or courier office. You need to bear the shipping costs first until the condition of the item is verified. A staff will contact you within 7 business days after the item is received to confirm its return and reimburse for your shipping costs. If the item proves non-exchangeable/refundable, it will be returned to you through cash on delivery shipping.
  • • Bring in your exchange/return items yourself to our return department at the reception counter in any Global House store (provided that the Terms of Product Exchange/Return are met).
  • • Send your return with Global House’s delivery truck, only for items delivered or delivered with installation by Global House.

Terms of goods and services refund

  • The company reserves the right to decide on refunds of its goods and services. In no event shall the refund be made in cash, instead goods and services refund will be made via following methods :
  • • Refunded in cash coupons, which can be used to buy goods and services at the Global House, within 7-15 days after the return has been confirmed.
  • • Refunded to the customer’s bank account within 7-15 days after the return has been confirmed.
  • • Refunded in credit to the customer's credit card within 15 days after the return has been confirmed. It will be valid in the next billing cycle of the credit card.
